Fundraising total approaches $5000 after cocktail party for 200 a huge success. Gabi Hollows spoke of the continual good work of The Foundation in Australia and abroad with this to say about Don: ?I think what he?s doing is just brilliant. Today marked a significant milestone with $1000 now raised for The Fred Hollows Foundation. Special mention to the North Sydney Leagues Club for their generous contribution.

Crew member Chris Arnold is preparing to break the current 24hr indoor rowing world record (302008m). Chris will be raising money for The Fred Hollows Foundation through his efforts, before crewing for Don in January. The row will commence 7pm, December 6th, at Mount's Bay Health Studio Penzance, Cornwell, England. Chris hopes to stroke at 2:18 pace (500m) with a 5 minute break every 3 hours!
